If the packaging is broken during the inspection and the product has been tested/used, we unfortunately, we will not be able to accept it back Exception:
-products have significant defects discovered during the expiration date

-products are expired or falsified

How to use:
Mix with ÉLAN Oxidant 1% (for a softer tone) or ÉLAN Oxidizing Emulsion 3.5% (for a deeper color) in a 1:1 ratio.
Apply to brows for 5–15 minutes, then rinse with water or ÉLAN Detox-Mousse.
Finish with ÉLAN Colour Fix Fluid to set the color.
