If the packaging is broken during the inspection and the product has been tested/used, we unfortunately, we will not be able to accept it back Exception:
-products have significant defects discovered during the expiration date
-the product does not meet the declared
characteristics
-products are expired or falsified

How to use:
Mix the gel dye with 1% Oxidant or 3.5% Oxidizing Emulsion in a 1:1 ratio.
Apply to brows following the desired shape and leave for 5–15 minutes.
Rinse with water or ÉLAN Detox-Mousse.
Apply ÉLAN Colour Fix to finish.
