-You saw through the packaging that the color of the product is different from what you expected
If the packaging is broken during the inspection and the product has been tested/used, we unfortunately, we will not be able to accept it back Exception:
-products have significant defects discovered during the expiration date
-the product does not meet the declared
characteristics
-products are expired or falsified

Benefits:

How to use:
Mix with 1% Oxidizer (for a softer, more natural tone) or 3.5% Oxidizing Emulsion (for deeper color) in a 1:1 ratio.
Apply to brows and leave for 5–15 minutes depending on desired intensity. Remove with water or ÉLAN DETOX-MOUSSE.
Recommendations:
– cleanse brows and skin with ÉLAN DETOX-MOUSSE before coloring;
– remove excess dye with Smart Skin COLOUR REMOVER or Skin Colour CREAM REMOVER;
– finish by applying ÉLAN COLOUR FIX to lock in the color.
