-you changed your mind
-you ordered the wrong product or volume
-You saw through the packaging that the color of the product is different from what you expected
If the packaging is broken during the inspection and the product has been tested/used, we unfortunately, we will not be able to accept it back Exception:
-products have significant defects discovered during the expiration date
-the product does not meet the declared
characteristics
-products are expired or falsified
Always try to carefully check the following nuances in the presence of a courier, a consultant in an offline store or when receiving an order at a delivery service branch
-the conformity of the products received

Active ingredients:
FiberHance™ — patented complex that nourishes, strengthens, and improves hair elasticity.
Benefits:
Restores color brightness between tinting sessions
Neutralizes unwanted tones after bleaching or lamination (shade 11 AMETHYST)
Colors can be mixed to achieve the desired tone
How to use:
Apply a small amount evenly to brows using a brush.
Leave for 5–15 minutes depending on desired intensity.
Remove residue with a cotton pad moistened with water.
To fix the result, use COLOUR FIX ÉLAN color-locking fluid.
Important:
Shades 12 COCOA and 13 CHESTNUT may leave a slight tint on the skin.
If color appears too intense — apply ÉLAN DETOX-MOUSSE.
If the skin turns violet after 11 AMETHYST — wipe with water.
The tint lasts up to 4 days.
